Challenges

Now NZ was undertaking a digital transformation project and wanted to speed up the delivery of the project. Now NZ already had an existing customer portal with an array of features and functionality for customers, however, it did not deliver an on brand, desirable user experience. 

Now NZ had purchased Experience Cloud licenses and wanted to improve the UI and UX of the customer portal while also retaining much of the existing functionality from the current Customer Portal.

Solutions

The Ampere team delivered a mobile friendly customer portal with some of the following highlights: 

  • Custom LWC to display the customer’s usage data leveraging Omnistudio to integrate in real time with Now’s ERP;
  • Flex Cards to show payment method options;
  • A custom lightning web component to execute payments;
  • A brand aligned user experience leveraging standard Salesforce Experience Cloud global branding;
  • A dashboard leveraging Flex Cards to highlight the various products the customer has.
